Ohio Department of Taxation Provides Form for
Dealer Trades Under CAT

The Ohio Department of Taxation has recently released additional information to assist dealers in documenting dealer trades for purposes of the Commercial Activities Tax (CAT).  Although the form is not required, it does aid in documenting a dealer trade(s).
